Report on the Functioning of the Antitrust Compliance System of Veolia Energy Tashkent LLC for 2025

The Company has distributed functions and responsibilities among its structural divisions, and responsible persons act on the basis of the Regulation "On Antitrust Compliance," as well as other procedures and internal regulations.

During the reporting period, the following measures were implemented: the procedure for approving draft internal regulations was established; legal review of contracts was conducted; internal approval procedures were introduced.

In order to prevent violations of competition legislation and enhance the knowledge of the Company's employees, trainings and an educational seminar were held during the reporting period, and testing was conducted among the Company's senior managers. No violations of competition legislation were identified during the reporting period.
